WHITE PLAINS, N.Y., and FAIRFAX, Va., June 5, 2009 - Partnering with Inova Fair Oaks Hospital for the third time, Seavest Inc. has opened the Inova Fair Oaks III medical office building (MOB) on the hospital's campus in Fairfax. White Plains-based Seavest owns the building in a joint venture with physicians.

The four-story, 107,000 square foot facility is approximately 80 percent leased and will house a large state-of-the-art outpatient surgery center. The MOB is attached to the hospital via a covered walkway, and will be the only one on campus with a surgical suite. Seavest partnered with Chicago-based Lillibridge on the construction of the building, which is located at 3620 Joseph Siewick Drive in Fairfax.

"Our physicians have been asking for additional medical office space. This new facility along with a new 950-space parking garage will fill that demand, while assisting us in our recruiting efforts and helping us to achieve our goal of bringing new services to the campus."

In addition to the large outpatient surgery center, the new MOB will house the following services: a diagnostic center, orthopedics, cardiology, rheumatology, otolaryngology, gastroenterology, bariatric surgery and internal medical practices.
